Entrance from the Main Road to the village

The Grade II Listed building, now know as  Manor Farmhouse.

looking along Longwell on the right hand side within the gardens of the Old Rectory a number of ponds are visible.

On the Left of the road on the corner of King Street is the Old Bakehouse now a private dwelling.

Opposite the Bakehouse is an old iron red telephone box The Village  continues up a slight incline.

On the left corner of Chapel lane the remains of an old external tap, further down Chapel Lane is the remains of the original water tap that was used by the Villagers.

At the bottom of Chapel Lane of the left hand side is the old Wesleyan Chapel, now a private house.

On the right side is the old building of Maidford House Farm.

Across from Kings Street is Church Lane and on the left hand side is the Village Hall

And on the right opposite is the church of St Peter and St Paul.
